Welder Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Welder Supervisor to oversee welding operations and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The Welder Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating welder activities, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Your tasks:

• Oversee daily operations of the welding team, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Assign and coordinate welding jobs based on project requirements and welder expertise
• Carry out boiler inspections and report making
• Strictly following quality and safety standards
• Responsible for training of welders in theory and practice
• Repair and exchange of pressure parts for boilers, including pipes, walls, tube plates furnace rooms etc

Your profile and competences:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Fluency in Turkish & good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, etc..)
