- Performs technical accounting support and administrative duties
- Responsible for the maintenance of accounts and ledgers, prepares the tax and social security fillings and statutory accounts
- Responsible for the preparation of payroll
- Sends and/or coordinate the sending of the invoices to the clients and coordinates the follow-up payments, responsible for Debt Collection of his/her team
- Prepares routine payments (if any) and makes necessary reconciliation for tax filings and/or debt collection
- Prepares routine correspondence or mailings
- Responsible for the filling, scanning and storing of the accounting ledgers
- Assisting to the team for day-to-day activities
