  • Administration, configuration and consulting of the current All for One Group - ITSM platform (Solution Manager) as well as support of the transformation to the new ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
  • You configure and develop IT and business processes, data models, workflows
  • You coordinate customer requirements with the developers who implement them technically
  • You take on responsibility and manage (sub-)projects independently
  • You work closely with internal and external project/development teams according to our project methodology: from conception to process introduction and integration to go-live
