It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:
Scope and Purpose
- Directly accountable for the management and operations of the Bank’s Information Technology department
- Support all Branch’s critical core and global systems, Winbank, AS400 SIRE, Safewacth, Swift systems, etc., and act as a point of reference with ICT teams in Head Office, as well as with the outsourced companies
- Manage functioning of Wide and Local Area Network, the related hardware and software so as to ensure availability to the Branch’s users
- Interacts with all Branch’s staff and Units to ensure the smooth running of Branch’s operations, and that the proper technology and support requirements are provided and accessible for all products to all business and operations lines:
- Incident and Problem management for ICT systems, ensuring 1st level of troubleshooting for further escalation with ICT point of contacts .
- Coordinate and Report to IT Strategy and Steering committee on all technology related issues including systems plan, budget, projects, performance, and other related matters
- Support Information Security Manager for Information security issues of the branch
- Manage and take necessary actions for IT related audit requests
- Manage and coordinate ICT supplies and ICT outsourced services
- Manage the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans in coordination with ISO
- Recommend and maintain IT strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends
- Process application management, functional analyses, UAT/change management, log management etc.
- Manage IT Operations and follow up SLA performance
10+ years experience as IT Manager in a banking/financial environment
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
• Track record in ICT project realizations: implementation, data migration, etc.
• Experience in IT Project management and Vendor Management
• Knowledge on latest Banking technologies and related requirements
• Experience in managing internal and external audits
• Team Player
• Good communication skills
