CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Bachelor degree in Tourism & Hotel Management, or related major

* Fluency in Turkish & English is a must (an interview will be held)

* At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations

* External candidates must be legally present in Turkey at the time of application, recruitment and hire

* Non-Turkish citizens are required to submit a valid Turkish residence permit to be considered.

POSITION SUMMARY

Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks.

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping, etc...) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability. Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented. Ensure checks that come from outlets (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) are scanned and charged to room.
