About the Role:

We are looking for a Cash Flow & Overhead Controller who will be based in Istanbul and reporting to Cash Flow and Overhead Controlling Manager. The role will play an integral role to support business to monitor and manage organizations’s cash flow.
As a Cash Flow & Overhead Controller, you will be mainly responsible for planning, budgeting and analyzing financial results. Thus, you will be expected to have a passion for controlling and enjoy dealing with complex spreadsheets.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring

  • Analyze balance sheet and cash (DCF, CAPEX) vs forecast and perform gap analysis to understand variances
  • Analyze all overhead cost items vs forecast and perform gap analysis to understand variances

SAF & Budget controlling

  • Lead and prepare the budget and SAF submission for both overheads and cash flow
  • Prepare CAPEX reporting in line with the group deadline

Controlling and Reporting

  • Organize regular meetings with functions involved in working capital management, CAPEX projects, facilitate analysis of gaps/trends and improvement areas
  • Support the preparation of monthly Business Review and Region Board presentations for overhead & cash related sections
  • Perform CAPEX reporting for both Çikolata and Fındık entities for actuals & planning periods; and prepare analysis and ROI calculations for investments
  • Compare actuals vs plan for all overhead dimensions which to share with cost center owners on monthly basis
  • Ensure proper intercompany overhead cost flow between Ferrero Fındık & Ferrero Çikolata Turkey
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably +3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail, analysis and negotiation skills 
  • Comfortable working with strict deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of SAP modules
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
