Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) is looking for an Assistant to the Economic & Commercial (M/F) Head of Post for its office in Istanbul.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who wants to be part of a small, focused team in a high- energy driven environment.

Support with pro-active information gathering and screening; Answer the questions received by Flemish or local companies; Assist with the preparation of individual prospection trips of Flemish companies; Desk top researc, Bachelor Degree, preferably in Commerce, International Business or similar; Ability and experience in an administrative support position; Demonstrated ability and experience with MS Office Suite, CRM, MS Teams and Social Media; Excellent communication skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English and Turkish, knowledge of Dutch is of added value Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines; Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner;C
