We are offering you a Design Administrator position.

You will be responsible for reviewing customer's artwork with design agency and coordinating necessary changes to be fully approved the standard timing before the production date.

This permanent position is based in Izmir, Turkey and in this role you will report to the Production Manager.

What you will do
  • Check the artwork files which are supplied by customer; if files are ready to work on it and they are suitable to pass them to repro agency.
  • Organize the trainings for customers and their agencies periodically to keep them updated with new and current technologies of packaging types; also keep them remind of design importance for their products and for their brands.
  • Coordinate all design activities with design agency; meet customer expectations and decide the suppliers to get best solutions with the best price, service, timing.
  • Attend customer design approval on line and achieve average design approval time by organizing the team.
  • Try to create new, flexible and appropriated also satisfying solutions to our customer to make the difference against their competitors in their market.
  • When Prepress or Printing encounter production issues, understand gaps and take lead to resolve these within production or with Market Companies
  • Coordinate fingerprint test in order to create dot gain curve and icc profile of printing machine.
  • Creating Automation Engine workflow in Esko prepress software.
  • Creating necessary smart printing marks according to key-line.
  • Checking production artwork file according to printing specifications, keyline and production order.
We believe you have
  • At least 4-5 years experience at production area with different Designs, preferably experience with Esko prepress software
  • Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement technciques
  • Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM
  • Fluency in Turkish and in English in speaking and writing.
