We are looking for a "Human Resources Business Partner" for our business partner within the Holding Company structure.

Partner strategically with Holding managers to identify and address their unique people management challenges.

Provide expert HR consultation on a broad range of topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives at the Holding and subsidiary levels.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Champion a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of engagement, recognition, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement standardized HR policies and processes across the Holding.
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategic HR decisions.
Stay current on emerging HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Holding and external vendors.

qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR generalist or business partner role, preferably within a multinational company or holding company structure.

Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle. (talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development)
Proven ability to partner effectively with business leaders to translate business strategies into actionable HR solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English is required.
Working knowledge of AI-powered HR technologies and their potential applications is a plus.
