  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain successful partnerships with influencers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensuring timely execution.
  • Ability to curate and foster authentic influencer partnerships that resonate with the audience and drive results.

Proficiency in project management tools and social media analytics platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Turkish influencer landscape and local cultural trends.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken and written).

Basic Functions:

  • Identify & Research Influencers: Research and identify top-tier influencers whose audience, values, and content align with our brand's target market in Turkey.
  • Establish & Manage Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key influencers and negotiate collaborations that align with brand objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Coordination: Oversee all operational aspects of influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, selection of products, order creation, and logistical support.
  • Content Scheduling & Management: Develop and maintain a strategic posting schedule to ensure consistent and timely delivery of influencer content across relevant platforms.
  • Quality Control & Content Supervision: Review influencer-created content to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines, resonates with the target audience, and maintains high-quality standards.
  • Manage Influencer Payments: Handle the financial aspects of influencer collaborations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for their services.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using KPIs and other metrics to optimize strategies and report results to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that influencer strategies align with broader company objectives and market trends.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay on top of influencer marketing trends and innovations, continuously optimizing our approach to stay competitive in the dynamic Turkish market.
