Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate lululemon, Marks & Spencer, GAP and Forever 21 stores in Turkey and is located in 8 different cities with a total of 93 stores. We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as VM Supervisor who will be responsible for lululemon stores in İstanbul.

Reporting to the Store Manager, and under guidance from the VM team, the Visual Merchandising Supervisor leads all visual projects in store, delivering a retail guest experience that is engaging and inspirational. In partnership with the Product Manager, the Visual Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for delivering all seasonal strategies and product displays to the highest standard for creative excellence.

A Day in The Life

  • Responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that company standards and VM excellence is consistently maintained.
  • Proactively manage delivery of seasonal strategies, new VM concepts and campaign activations, through effective time management and planning, clean execution, and timely completion.
  • Responsible for the preparation, installation and maintenance of all window campaigns and activations.
  • Able to adapt and react to sales results to drive sell-through.
  • Interpret company direction and current fashion trends to deliver creative and exciting VM solutions, which are market specific and support in generating sales.
  • Provide global VM team with business analysis on new VM concepts, campaign activations and market trends.
  • In collaboration with Product Manager, communicate new products, VM changes and out-of-stock items, with the store team.
  • In collaboration with the Operations Manager, facilitate an efficient shipment processing system, in which merchandise is placed promptly on the floor to maximize sales.
  • Communicate VM strategies, initiatives, and trends to the store team through meetings and weekly walkthroughs.
  • Own the maintenance and organization of the store's signage, mannequins, props and other VM fixtures.
  • Responsible for ordering any additional signage, outside of quarterly signage deliveries.
  • Effectively delegate projects, while at the same time allowing others the creativity to succeed by making their own decisions.
  • Act as a coach to teams and effectively delegate projects. Coach team members on product display, VM standards, execution of strategies and campaigns and business analysis.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in visual merchandising and retail management as VM Lead, Supervisor etc.
  • BA Degree preferred; Fashion/Visual Merchandising degree of diploma an asset.
  • Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred.
