Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related subjects.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in similar positions.
  • Extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art project management tools and their application, such as MS Office programs, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and related project management tools.
  • PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
  • Expert in managing scopes, risks, change management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Good command of English.
  • Dynamic team player with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Strong customer (internal and external) orientation and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of machining and understanding technical drawings, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex technical problems.

Job Description

  • Responsible for following new line/line improvement modification/setup projects.
  • To ensure the completion of projects within defined target time by coordinating with all departments related to the project plan (purchasing, finance, engineering, production, etc.).
  • Arrange necessary kick-off meetings and regular project meetings during the progress of automation projects.
  • Act as a reference person for the plant PMOs regarding automation projects.
  • Report project plan/action plan statuses directly to the automation project management manager.
  • Control the budget, timing, and resource planning of automation projects.
  • Follow up and monitor all progress of assigned automation projects.
