Job Description

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing core team in Istanbul. This role is pivotal in carrying out the end to end hiring process and execute the bank's growth and hiring needs while ensuring that all potential candidates are offered a superior experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by fostering clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to closing positions, for various departments in the bank.
  • Keep track and respond to candidates regarding their application statuses as well as maintain the overall database of applicants
  • Inspire and implement new recruitment initiatives or optimize existing processes and projects to achieve established recruiting goals
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing objectives
  • Maintain manual reports and track candidate pipelines using MS Office, ensuring timely updates
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create candidate profiles, and develop interview processes
  • Leverage various platforms and methods to identify and engage top talent, building a strong pipeline for current and future needs
  • Identify and approach potential candidates through targeted searches and networking
  • Provide input and suggestions regarding market trends
  • Collaborate on the implementation of tools, technologies, and analytics that will enhance recruitment outcomes
  • Support ColendiBank's efforts to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent in the industry
  • Contribute other People & Culture team responsibilities and initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within banking or fintech industries
  • Experience working within headhunting firms specializing in the banking and fintech sectors, with expertise in identifying top-tier talent, is a plus
  • Familiarity in using and implementing ATS platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and staying ahead in the evolving landscape of recruitment
  • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Comprehensive understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices in talent acquisition and other functions of People and Culture
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
