What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To lead and manage the procurement activities for direct materials, ensuring the company's financial advantage through strategic sourcing, cost management, and supplier relationships while meeting the requested quality, quantity, and timelines.

What Do We Expect From You?

  • To develop and implement the procurement strategy for the categories under responsibility, ensuring alignment with company objectives,
  • To lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring effective and efficient operations,
  • To identify cost-saving opportunities and submit strategic recommendations and reports to senior management,
  • To establish and improve procurement processes, driving standardization and efficiency,
  • To build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely, complete, and cost-effective procurement,
  • To manage supplier performance, resolve any issues, and mitigate supply risks,
  • To conduct market analysis, expanding and updating the supplier portfolio,
  • To lead contract negotiations, evaluate supplier proposals, and ensure approvals,
  • To foster a competitive supply environment by increasing the number of alternative suppliers,
  • To ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

  • If you hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field),
  • If you have at least 7 years of experience in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role,
  • If you have no travel restrictions and are willing to travel as needed,
  • If you have extensive knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and supplier negotiations,
  • If you are proficient in MS Office programs, SAP, and SRM,
  • If you have excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
