Position: As the Sales Financial Analyst, Associate, you will be responsible for:

FINANCIALS:

  1. Preparing monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) report as well as P&L analysis with scenarios in line with current and future plans.
  2. Analyzing margin developments and assessing profitability.
  3. Preparing inventory value when required.
  4. Coordinating contract termination process with Sales Team, Finance and Legal Departments.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES (A/R):

  1. Reporting monthly and annually A/R level and responsible for reporting Days Shipment Outstanding (DSO) variances monthly.
  2. Providing necessary financial contributions to Sales Team required on daily basis.

FREIGHT BUDGET:

  1. Preparing, monitoring and analyzing budget development (monthly, annually and long term).
  2. Analyzing variances - price, volume, fx and inflation driven budgets.
  3. Providing budget data for BAP submissions, following up the BAP (Business Approval Process) requirements once approved.
  4. Providing data for transportation bidding process and responsible for Logistics agreement.

SALES AND FIELD UNIFORMS:

  1. Supporting for Sales Field uniform process, vendor bidding process, budget, design of uniforms in coordination with Marketing and Legal, distribution to Sales Team on time.

INVOICING and SAP REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Creating PR's/PO's/Good Receipts in SAP.

SALES FIELD VEHICLES:

  1. Managing communication flow between the vehicle company and Sales Team and following up the solutions and informing the necessary parties.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering or Business Admin (Bachelors/Masters).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales operations and/or finance experience in FMCG.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel is a must.
