We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to be assigned to our Istanbul Headquarters;

1. Preferably graduated from the departments of Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Chemical, Industrial, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
2. With at least 3 years of experience in international business.
3. Experienced in strategic purchasing, logistics, and supplier management.
4. Strong negotiation skills, knowledgeable about the details of the goods and services purchased, aware of alternatives and market conditions, and able to reflect this information in business results.
5. Having native level English proficiency.
6. Team-oriented, adaptable to dynamic working conditions.
7. Having strong planning and communication skills.
8. Who has no domestic/international travel disabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Reviewing approved purchase requests and consolidating similar purchase needs if any.
2. Researching suppliers who can provide materials, equipment, and services in accordance with the specified criteria and specifications for the requests assigned to him/her.
3. Collecting offers from approved suppliers.
4. Conducting market research to find new suppliers when approved suppliers are insufficient and finding local suppliers/subcontractors.
5. Analyzing the price, scope, and delivery details based on previous orders and cost analyses for the selected supplier.
6. Responsible for following up on the process of the purchased products until they are ready for shipment.
