Fakir, H. Wilhelm Kicherer tarafından 1933 yılında Almanya Stuttgart'ta kuruldu. "Fakir" markası Almanca'da aile anlamına gelen Familie ve kurucusunun soyadı Kicherer'in birleşmesinden doğdu.

Geniş ürün yelpazesi ve üstün Alman teknolojisi ile pazarın öncü markalarından biri haline gelen Fakir, globalleşme yolunda ilk adımını atarak Avrupa'ya yayılma kararı aldı. Bu büyüme kararı ile birlikte şirket ürünlerinin %20'si global olarak üretilmeye başladı ve yıllar içinde bu oran giderek arttı. Satışı Almanya dışına taşan ürünlerin bir süre sonra üretimi de Avrupa'ya kaydı. Globalleşme yolunda atılan bu ilk adım şirketin gelecekteki başarılarının da temelini oluşturdu. Marka, geniş dağıtım ağı ve tecrübeli satış kadrosu ile rekabetçi pazardaki yerini aldı. Bu büyümeyi takiben yüksek Ar-Ge gücü ve üretim kapasitesi sayesinde, ürün gamı da genişleyerek farklı ihtiyaçlara çözüm sunan ev gereçleri ve endüstriyel ürünler alanında hizmet vermeye devam etti.

  • Üniversitelerin Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi, Grafik Tasarımı veya benzeri bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Tüm ürün gruplarında grafik tasarımı alanında en az 4 yıl tecrübeli
  • Tercihen ajans kreatif ekiplerinde çalışma deneyimine sahip,
  • Baskı hazırlık, baskı teknikleri, renk ayrımı konusunda bilgili
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign programlarını çok iyi derecede kullanabilen,
  • İleri düzeyde İngilizce bilen,
  • Trendleri takip eden, yeniliklere ve değişime açık
  • Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, hızlı ve yaratıcı, iletişimi güçlü

İş Tanımı

  • Trendlere uygun, lisanslı ve lisans dışı grafikler tasarlamak ve geliştirmek,
  • Markaların basılı ve dijital reklamlarını kreatif bakış açısıyla organize etmek,
  • Verilen bieflere göre video içeriği, katalog broşür, bilgi formu, eli ilanları ve kartvizitlerin oluşturulması,
  • Sosyal medya paylaşımlarının içerik ve reklamlarına yönelik görsel tasarımlar oluşturmak,
  • Pazarlama materyallerinin oluşturulması,
  • Marka kimliğine uygun tasarım yapmak, araştırmak ve yeni fikirler üretmek,
  • Ürünlerin içerik tasarımları, katalogların oluşturulması,
  • Tasarımcılardan gelecek talepler ve kritikler doğrultusunda yapılan çalışmaları revize etmek,
  • Sosyal medya platformlarında kullanılacak post tasarımlarını hazırlama,
  • Pazarlama ekibi ile koordineli çalışarak branding görsellerinin hazırlanması,
  • Haftalık planlanan çalışmaları takip etmek.
