Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Dentium's warehouse processes, contributing to the efficient distribution of our innovative dental solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various logistics requirements. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and shipment coordination.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Persian) are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in import/export processes and logistics.
• Experience with Evira is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock management.
• Ensure all products within the warehouse are delivered accurately and on time.
• Handle the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.
• Coordinate product shipments and optimize inventory and logistics processes.
• Manage shipping costs, including transportation, duties, and taxes.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, ensuring products are stored correctly and safely.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, market conditions, and forecasts.
