Yesim - Almaxtex Tekstil, established in 1983, continues to work as a strategic production partner of world brands in ready-to-wear and home textiles with its 4,500 employees on a total area of 325 thousand square meters in Bursa alone.

JOB SUMMARY

We are a dynamic and growing textile company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Machine & Energy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of machinery, optimizing energy consumption, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems within our production facility.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine maintenance, energy management, or similar roles, preferably in the textile industry.
• Experience in integrating modern energy management technologies (e.g., IoT, smart meters, automation systems) to optimize machinery and energy systems.
• Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to optimize production processes.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all machinery and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Monitor and manage energy usage across the production process, implementing strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure long-term reliability.
• Manage energy resources, including electricity, steam, and compressed air systems, to optimize performance and reduce wastage.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure that machinery is aligned with production requirements and that energy usage is in line with company goals.
• Monitor the performance of machines and make necessary adjustments to improve productivity and energy efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to machinery and energy management.
• Prepare and manage budgets for machinery maintenance and energy-related projects.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
