Job Description

  • Provide strategic advice to clients based on thorough market analysis and business understanding.
  • Develop innovative and effective strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and devise risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the successful implementation of strategies.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Foster and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure all strategies and recommendations align with the company's business objectives and values, working on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e. pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to growth.
  • Work across different industries, e.g., B2B, B2C, banking, consumer, etc., in solving clients' commercial problems.
  • Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc., to conduct deep and meaningful analyses, drawing insights into clients' problems and giving recommendations.
  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data and deep analysis, creating slides, and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Work on cross-border projects with other offices around the world.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Consultant should have:

  • 2+ years of experience within consulting or in the strategy/revenue management/pricing/sales/marketing functions of a corporate organization.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage projects under time pressure.
  • Strong business acumen skills and rigorous analytical thinking.
  • A passion for commercial issues and value creation.
  • Extremely articulate, with the ability to take complex ideas and communicate them in a simple and compelling style.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced commercially agile environment.
  • Fluent business English and Turkish (written and spoken).
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
