We are looking for "Digital Wallet & Innovative Banking Manager" to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

  • Determining wallet and digital banking strategies for clients.
  • Developing and executing innovative campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement and adoption of digital wallet features.
  • Ensure compliance with e-money regulations and industry standards when launching new wallet features and functionalities.
  • Leading the development of new digital banking products and managing projects focused on enhancing and optimizing existing ones.
  • Defining the scope for new function development and ensuring it aligns with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate partner requests within the framework of the strategy and collaborate with relevant teams for seamless implementation.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscape to guide and shape strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to adapt to evolving trends, while continuously tracking digital innovations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, design, engineering, and marketing to implement new features and launch impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of digital wallet features, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payment services and electronic money regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fintech companies, banks or payment institutions, mostly in business development and product management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with data-driven thinking.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to operate independently and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
