Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Technical & Data Specialist – Data Center Solutions to support our growing data center and mission-critical cooling business.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul, Türkiye.

The ideal candidate will combine an engineering background with programming skills, analytical thinking, and strong English communication abilities. The selected candidate will work closely with the

Data Center Solutions team to support data-driven market analysis, process automation, project tracking, technical documentation, presentations, and international communication activities.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, tech-savvy new graduate or junior engineer who wants to build a career at the intersection of data center infrastructure, smart cooling technologies, programming, AI tools, and international project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data-driven market research and analysis for data center cooling and mission-critical HVAC solutions
• Use programming, scripting, AI tools, and digital platforms to improve reporting, research, data analysis, and workflow automation
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, proposal materials, meeting notes, and project documentation
• Maintain and update project databases, CRM systems, contact lists, opportunity pipelines, and internal tracking systems
• Support technical and commercial communication with international suppliers, partners, consultants, contractors, and customers
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial documentation for data center cooling projects
• Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, marketing, and management teams
• Support customer meetings, factory visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and domestic/international business trips
• Follow market developments related to data centers, AI infrastructure, HVAC technologies, energy efficiency, and mission-critical cooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
• Preferred departments include Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• New graduates and junior professionals are welcome to apply
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
• Basic programming knowledge and strong adaptability to digital tools are required
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No travel restrictions; availability for domestic and international travel is required

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge or practical experience with Python, data analysis tools, databases, dashboards, or automation tools
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, or workflow automation
