- Monitor Market Making Activities: Oversee and evaluate liquidity, spreads, and trading volumes of Hungri Games' tokens across multiple exchanges.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trading data, identify market trends, and generate reports to improve token performance and trading strategies.
- Strategy Optimization: Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement and refine market-making strategies to ensure healthy token liquidity and price stability.
- Collaboration with Market Makers: Coordinate with external market-making firms and trading desks to optimize order book depth and ensure smooth market operations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to market manipulation, wash trading, and irregular trading patterns.
- Exchange Relations: Manage relationships with centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges to ensure effective token trading environments.
- Tokenomics Insight: Provide input on token distribution models and liquidity incentives to support a sustainable token economy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure market-making activities align with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in crypto trading, market-making, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of order books, liquidity provisioning, and market depth.
- Experience working with market-making firms or proprietary trading desks.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with algorithmic trading strategies.
- Familiar with trading bots and management of third party trading tools.
- Previous experience managing token liquidity for a Web3 gaming project.
- Knowledge of smart contract-based market-making solutions.
