Required work experience on relevant position: 3–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
• Prepare tax documents/reports.
• Compile and analyze financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Organize accounting work as well as documents flow.
• Work with a cross-functional team on foreign trade issues (with the legal department, logistics department, quality department, accounting).
• Maintain department and report on work results.

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing tax reports, as well as financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience working with a subordinate team in a similar position for at least 3-6 years depending on position.
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level.
• Competent oral and written speech, clear diction, communication skills.
• Willingness for international business trips.
• Analytical skills, structure.
• Knowledge of languages is an advantage.
• Experience in trading the following products is an advantage: fish oil, fish meal, vegetable proteins as well as modified starches.
• Turkish citizenship is required.
