Global Marketing Communications Director

Our client, a fast-growing leader in the retail industry, is looking for a Global Marketing Communications Director to shape and execute marketing strategies across multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful marketing communication strategies, manage key agency partnerships, and ensure brand management and consistency in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with both global and local business objectives.
  • Leading ATL & BTL campaigns, including advertising, PR, and product launches to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Managing relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective marketing initiatives across Türkiye and other key regions.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness by crafting clear, compelling messaging for different markets and audiences.
  • Managing marketing budgets effectively with business priorities.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 17+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and strategy.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing (both digital and traditional channels).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential for managing international markets.
