The Team and Role:

This role is part of the Emerging Markets Finance team that works across multiple geographies and diverse cultures which includes 99 countries covering Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye & Africa.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a strategic & analytical business partner to the Sales & Marketing Teams for our Türkiye and Central Asia clusters within the METCAP Region (Middle East, Türkiye, Central Asia and Pakistan). The incumbent will provide functional leadership in the areas of financial planning & data analytics and help to drive a balanced profitable growth while maintaining financial integrity. This role will also work closely with Controllership, EM Regional Finance & Cluster supply chain.

  1. Partner with the cluster sales heads in making sound financial decisions, own the P&L by managing the budgets and drive predictability while achieving business results.
  2. Provide financial leadership to the cluster Sales & Marketing team(s) through data-based analytics, trends & key insights from a finance perspective.
  3. Lead the annual/quarterly financial planning process across the categories, Accounts, Country/cluster to properly reflect the business opportunities and risks.
  4. Track & report key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory and operating expenses.
  5. Maintain Weekly Sales reporting update & tableau dashboard reporting. Perform quarter end close accruals, actuals reporting, post close reconciliations (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities) and track quarterly spending (Soft & Marcom).
  6. Maintain solid foundation of business operation supported by effective process controls and ensuring strict adherence to internal policies. Proactively share and communicate finance matters to relevant stakeholders, both in and outside of the BU.
  7. Ensure high quality in financial overview, reporting and compliance.
  8. Lead/support in preparation of management supporting decks and give guidance to business on visualization of data.
  9. Engage in cross functional projects and lead the Tableau Finance Dashboard project.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  1. Degree in finance, accounting or economics. CA/CMA/CPA would be a plus.
  2. 5-7 years of Commercial Finance or FP&A experience preferably in Consumer electronics, IT or FMCG industry.
  3. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  4. Experienced in creating dashboards using BI tools (Tableau Desktop).
  5. Ability to drive change and influence business results through data driven analysis.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Self-starter who can work independently.
