SAP Inhouse Consultant

Directly reporting to the IT&ERP Manager, your role encompasses the realization and reporting of transactions in the ERP unit in line with the determined standards and working principles. Further development and support of all SAP modules processes.

We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir.

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Support SAP users and projects on Izmir location and German locations,
• Monitor ERP processes documentation,
• Provide training to operational teams on SAP functions,
• Work closely with key users, global team and in collaboration with external consultants when needed,
• Support for users in solving problems, defining requirements and change projects analysis,
• Ensure the integration aspects of changes / adjustments to the system, release capability for SAP developments and customer modifications,
• Take in charge SAP Job Specification Creation / Setup / Maintenance / Review Control,
• Provide technical support and project management support (need analysis, blueprint documents creation, testing, going live system, training, documentation..),
• Support digitalization projects (in relation or not with SAP)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related departments,
• Minimum 3 year experiences in similar position,
• Strong expertise in SAP,
• Strong consulting skills as well as professional presentation and communication skills,
• No restriction to travel for international projects (especially in Germany),
• High ability to work under pressure and in a team,
• Fluent in English (preferably German as a second language)
• Experience in working cross-functional teams.
