Karako & Karako is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative, competitive and enthusiastic trainee lawyer to join the legal team for the mandatory traineeship beginning from September 2025. This role will assist in the coordination and execution of the Firm's legal responsibilities.

Job Description

  • Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics;
  • Draft and preparation of the agreements, petitions, contracts and other legal documents;
  • Monitoring and reporting execution and case files that are carried out by legal team;
  • Evaluating legislation in force, following the updates;
  • Follow up necessary procedures at UYAP.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors' degree in a Turkish law faculty;
  • Good command over written and spoken English will be a plus;
  • Master degree will be another plus;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office required – specifically Excel and Word;
  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player;
  • Strong researching and analytical skills;
  • Professional and confident communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Experience regarding data protection and transportation law will be a plus;
  • Being a life enthusiast.
