Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to provide key risk insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of risk data to identify trends, patterns, and potential emerging risks.
  • Implement automation in reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Rationalize and streamline risks, controls, and processes to remove redundancies and ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with various business units to validate inherent and residual risk assessments, aligning them with ERM policies.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of emerging risks.
  • Work closely with risk owners, control owners, and departments to support risk management activities, such as KRI monitoring and incident tracking.
  • Offer training on best practices in risk systems and data analytics.
  • Oversee the management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems, coordinating system updates and integrations for improved performance.
  • Act as the project manager for GRC system initiatives, facilitating coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless progress.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Min 7 years of experience preferably in enterprise risk management.
  • Good understanding of financial risks.
  • Strong grasp of risk and control frameworks and policy management.
  • Boasts excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring reports for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in the digital asset space (cryptocurrency, blockchain) is an advantage.
