The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic about managing challenging, long term projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge of program management, demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, be experienced in large scale change management across functions and geographies, and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize, and a passion for customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA as well as drive process improvements.
  2. Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally).
  3. Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analysis.
  4. Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
  5. Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review ops / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
  6. Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
