Our hotel is in the heart of Istanbul and we are looking to complete the team with a new person, will you join us?

What do we need?

A Front Office Agent

What will you do with us?

• You will be responsible for check-in/out functions.
• You will be the first smile they see on arrival.
• You will act as a local guide, recommending the best places.
• You will follow up and deal with queries, complaints, and claims when appropriate.
• You will ensure that our guests enjoy every minute at the hotel.

What exactly am I looking for?

• You should have Roomie DNA, i.e. be fun and courageous, committed to your environment and passionate about your work.
• It is very important that you have at least 2 years of experience as a front office agent.
• It would be great if you know OPERA, our PMS.
• We speak English and so should you We act locally but think globally

Conditions offered:

• It will be a permanent contract.
• A 40-hour working week from Monday to Sunday to cover morning and afternoon shifts (occasional nights).
• Two consecutive days off per week.
• Additional benefits in time off.
• You will participate in the company's incentive programme.
