• Provide legal counsel and ensure compliance with Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Obligations Law,
• Draft, review, negotiate, and enforce Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), sales contracts, and service agreements,
• Oversee legal aspects of telecommunications-related agreements, including subscription contracts, hardware sales, and service agreements,
• Keep senior management and relevant departments updated on regulatory changes and compliance obligations,
• Collaborate closely with HR, Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and Management teams to ensure legal compliance across all business functions,
• Represent the company in legal matters and provide legal risk assessments for business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a master's degree in a relevant field,
• At least 3 years of experience in sales-related contracts,
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs, and the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of industry-specific contracts and regulations,
• Strong expertise in the telecommunications sector, contract law, commercial transactions,
• Ability to draft and negotiate telecommunications-related agreements,
• Proactive in monitoring legal developments and advising management,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple departments,
• Very good English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
