  • Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Yazılım Mühendisliği veya ilgili bir alanda lisans/doktora derecesi yapmış,
  • 4 yıl profesyonel olarak yazılım geliştirme ve yazılım mimarlığı tecrübesine sahip,
  • Büyük ölçekli dağıtık sistemlerde ölçeklenebilir servisler ve API'ler tasarlamış,
  • Microservices mimarisi üzerine kanıtlanmış deneyim ve event-driven architecture, distributed services, domain-driven design üzerine tasarımsal bilgi sahibi,
  • Java 17 ve üzeri versiyonlar üzerine deneyim sahibi, Spring Boot framework üzerine tecrübe sahibi,
  • Redis veya benzer bellek içi veri yönetimi sistemlerinde deneyimli (ör. caching, session management),
  • Kafka, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, API Gateway gibi teknolojilerde bilgi sahibi,
  • API Management, GraphQL, gRPC teknolojileri konusunda bilgi sahibi,
  • Saga pattern, Outbox pattern gibi tasarımlar üzerine bilgi sahibi,
  • Kubernetes ve Openshift gibi konteyner teknolojilerinde deneyim sahibi,
  • Bulut platformlarında (AWS veya Azure veya GCP) uygulama geliştirme ve yönetim deneyimi olan,
  • Unit test, test otomasyonu ve kod kalite süreçleri konularında bilgi ve deneyimli (JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Jacoco kütüphanelerine hakim),
  • CI/CD araçlarına (Jenkins) ve DevOps süreçlerine hakim, otomasyon süreçlerini sürekli olarak iyileştirmiş,
  • ELK, Splunk gibi loglama ve Grafana, Dynatrace gibi monitoring araçları hakkında bilgi sahibi,
  • Tercihen reaktif programlama üzerine bilgi sahibi (Mono, Flux),
  • Tercihen önyüzde React/Angular bilgisi ve microfrontend üzerine bilgi sahibi,
  • Tercihen Telekom sektöründe ve/veya CRM portföyünde tecrübe sahibi,
  • Tercihen Monolitik uygulamalardan Mikroservis mimarisine geçiş projelerinde başat rol almış,
  • Tercihen Yazılım yaşam döngüsü (SDLC) ile ilgili süreçlerde yön verebilecek, SDLC verimlilik ve iyileştirme konularında tecrübe sahibi,
  • Tercihen TOGAF, ETOM vb kurumsal mimari konularında sertifika sahibi,
  • Güçlü problem çözme, analitik düşünme ve teknik karar alma yeteneği olan,
  • İletişim yeteneği güçlü ve ikna kabiliyeti yüksek; farklı paydaşlarla etkili bir şekilde etkileşim kurabilen,
  • İyi derecede sözlü ve yazılı İngilizce bilgisine sahip.

Turkcell'de Principal Developer Rolü Ne Yapar?

  • Önemli teknik kararların sorumluluğunda aktif rol alarak inovasyonu yönlendirmek, teknik mükemmeliyeti sağlamak ve güncel teknolojiler kullanarak sistemin darboğazlarını proaktif şekilde adresleyerek ortadan kaldırır,
  • Bir mentör yaklaşımıyla birlikte çalıştığı yazılımcıların teknik uzmanlıklarının gelişimine rehberlik eder,
  • Teknik yönün belirlenmesini sağlayacak, uygulama geliştirme verimliliğini artıracak, kod inceleme (code review) süreçlerini iyileştirecek teknik tartışmalarda yönlendirici olur,
  • Dönüşüm projelerinin tasarımında ve uygulamaların hayata geçirilmesinde öncülük eder,
  • Monolitik uygulamaların bulut tabanlı mikroservis mimarisine dönüşüm sürecine öncülük eder,
  • Ortaya çıkan yeni teknolojilerin ve bulut mimarilerinin yeniliklerinin yakın takip edilerek değerlendirir, en son araç ve versiyonlar ile uygulama ve projelere dahil eder,
  • CRM uygulamamıza güç verecek ölçeklenebilir, yüksek performanslı microservices ve APIs tasarlar ve geliştirir.
