The Airfreight Specialist takes responsibility for owned export and import files in accordance with the "one file one operator" principle. These responsibilities are on a door-to-door basis and include managing pick-up and delivery operations, creating Hawb and receiving import files, taking carrier bookings for export, following flight status, coordinating shipment follow-up with own customers and DGF offices, creating/controlling the cost and revenue items of the file. Also tracks customer quotation requests and prepares customer quotations. She/he is responsible for GP growth and optimization on a file level.

• Extensive knowledge of Airfreight operations
• Good administrative skills
• Good commercial and financial mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent both in written and spoken English
• Can-do spirit and pragmatic thinker with level of detail and multi-tasking skills
• Self-confident and ability to maintain strong relationships
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• At least 3 years of experience in Airfreight operations
• No military obligation for male candidates
• IATA dangerous goods certification (preferred)
• Ability to work with flexible working hours if needed
