What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate graduate from the engineering faculty or Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences to join our team at Supply Chain Transformation Directorate.

• Developing and maintaining Holiday/Peak/non-peak season operational plans with 3PLs to maximize capacity needs and to ensure on-time performance,
• Monitoring and managing freight as well as multiple logistics 3PL partners' performance for shipping, brokerage, domestic distribution under e-commerce,
• Resolving shipping and distribution-related issues and providing feedback with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan,
• Providing guidance to other functions (such as marketing) on logistics e-commerce-related matters to enhance the efficiency of operations (e.g., distribution of sales materials),
• Analyzing areas of e-commerce logistics for network optimization and cost efficiency for both Align and customer,
• Proactively identifying outbound transportation cost savings opportunities (e.g., routing of split shipments, accessorial spend review) and working with cross-functional partners to accomplish,
• Developing and maintaining the security of the supply chain in WH and transportation processes,
• Searching and developing new methods for ergonomic workstations in the Warehouse.
• Defining, monitoring, and improving the KPIs,
• Improving the efficiency of the workforce, MTM analysis, simulation studies,
• Developing savings projects related to logistics operations in line by reducing the waiting time of the products; increasing both dealer and customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to all warehousing and logistics operations processes.

The position is located in Kemalpaşa/İzmir

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or related fields,
• Experience in analytics, management consultancy, production, retail, finance or reporting processes,
• Min. 3+ years of hands-on experience with the relevant set of skills,
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, data analytics, and driving results,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting to market trends and new technologies,
• Outside-the-box thinking ability,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Open to communication as a priority.
