Key Responsibilities
  1. Aligns with the Product Owner for the squad or segment on how the proposition and desired customer experience fit into the overall strategy for the segment/squad;
  2. Acts as accountable for shaping objectives and delivering the business value of IoT products & services in all digital VBU customer product platforms, closely working with IoT partner ecosystem on to be enabler for new services and technical capabilities, focusing on process development within squad to serve the best customer experience & increase loyalty, and create efficiency for B2B customers.
  3. Acts as a strong voice to shape the desired customer journeys including a digital first mind-set;
  4. Collaborates with other teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery of the products;
  5. Tracks performance (financial, technical, CX) of products reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition;
  6. Sustains relationships with internal / external stakeholders to ensure their full support for Enterprise mobile products and propositions to achieve product KPIs;
  7. Cooperates with IT and Customer Operations teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed;
  8. Analyzes competitors' products and communicates competitive threats and opportunities to leadership and prepares product competition analysis;
  9. Continuously follows up technological trends, competitors' products and communicates competitive threats and opportunities to leadership;
  10. Contributes to Product & Solution chapter development & best practice sharing with the specific areas regarding skills which the role requires;
  11. Ensures that its products serve customers' digitalization journey.
  12. Develops products that provide the best customer experience and respond to customer needs & increase customer loyalty.
  13. Makes the Agile Working Method and prioritization with MVP approach effective for the whole organization.
  14. Helps the VBU organization to increase its knowledge of technology trends.
Who you are
  1. BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in related field: IoT, Mobile Private Networks, Machine-to-machine (M2M), Smart city, etc.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously
  4. Project management and analytical thinking skills
  5. Results-driven and delivery-focused
  6. Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines
  7. Agile / Scrum process experience
