Spa & Wellness Manager | Kimera Lounge Hotel, Çıralı

At Kimera Lounge Hotel, we aim to provide our guests with a holistic, rejuvenating, and nature-inspired wellness experience. We are looking for a Spa & Wellness Manager who will oversee spa operations and lead yoga classes for our guests.

• Manage spa operations, coordinate the team, and maintain the highest service standards
• Enhance spa service quality and consistently monitor guest satisfaction
• Conduct morning yoga sessions for guests and enhance their wellness experience
• Oversee spa reservations, communicate with guests, and manage service processes
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase spa product and service sales
• Maintain the organization, hygiene, and equipment upkeep of spa facilities
• Work in collaboration with massage therapists and other wellness professionals to manage the team effectively
• Monitor spa revenue and expenses, ensuring efficient budget planning

• Certified yoga instructor, capable of leading yoga classes for guests
• Experience in the spa & wellness industry, preferably in a boutique hotel or resort spa
• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
• Knowledge of massage therapies and spa treatments
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in team management
• Guest-focused, friendly, and committed to delivering high-quality service
• Able to reside in the provided accommodation in Çıralı and enjoy working in a natural environment
