If you want to be the Payment Systems Team Lead of the IT - Daily Banking and Savings Area Technology Group, responsible for leading and coaching the card management development team; planning and coordinating development projects;

If you think you have most of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, mathematics engineering or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of sector experience in technology teams.
• Knowledge of developments and changes in information technologies
• Experienced in Payments-Cards domain Issuing and Acquiring (Credit, Debit, Prepaid, POS, ATM)
• Experienced in Payment Methods (EMV, Contactless, NFC, HCE, Mobile Payment, Digital Payment)
• Experienced in card operations, credit card statements, card personalization, switch, authorization, clearing and settlement and transaction management and accounting
• Excellent written and verbal English and Turkish communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, communication and coaching skills powered with proactive management skills (self-driven, self-motivated, "can do" attitude with emphasis on solutions, not problems/roadblocks)
• Good standing and assertiveness with proven ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders; determination, persuasiveness and leadership in difficult situations; strong decision making and communication skills in dealing with customers and partners
• Strong understanding of customer journey in bancassurance and digital transformation strategies

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities:

• Planning and budgeting the projects of the team
• Providing payment systems application support
• Researching solutions and technologies on the market for particular technical requirements and business needs
• Building strong communication with internal and external business partners, vendors and strategic partners and card domains (VISA/MC/BKM/BONUSNET)
