Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Leader to drive digital transformation and shape the future of our technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to align technology with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the IT infrastructure and ensure optimal vendor selection and procurement for company needs.
2. Evaluate, select, and manage enterprise software solutions such as ERP, CRM, and fleet management systems.
3. Engage with stakeholders to clearly define technical requirements and ensure the successful execution of the project roadmap.
4. Lead IT procurement processes, negotiate contracts with technology vendors, and make cost-effective IT investments.
5. Analyze departmental needs and improvement opportunities.
6. Ensure seamless network integration.
7. Create mechanisms to continuously evaluate processes, technologies, and vendors.
8. Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and vendor monitoring.
9. Develop strong disaster planning and data backup strategies.

About You:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

· Deep knowledge of IT management principles and strategies.

· Relevant certifications in specific areas of IT management.

· 15+ years of IT department experience, preferably in the car rental industry.

· Strong knowledge of enterprise software systems such as user lifecycle management platforms (ULM), customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
