At World Business Lenders, we provide general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

Working hours are typically 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. However, our team may work extended hours based on operational requirements.

1. Review and clear commercial and residential property reports from our title vendors.
2. Maintain open lines of communication with various departments, including Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution.
3. Monitor pipeline performance to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
4. Resolve title issues related to secured liens and/or judgments, unclear ownership of the property, and other impediments to clearing title.
5. Prepare affidavits and request payoffs as necessary.
6. Ensure timely clearance of title issues and accurate documentation.
7. Obtain required documentation from the Processing department to satisfy conditions or clearance.
8. Perform other projects and duties assigned by management.

1. Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with a strong command of the language.
2. Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field.
3. Experience working in lending or mortgage environments as a processor or closer is strongly preferred.
4. Minimum one year of title-related real estate experience is also highly valued.
5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Self-motivated individuals who can manage their time effectively are preferred.

1. Contract/Consultancy position available.
2. 11 paid US holidays per year.
3. Salary determined by experience and qualifications.
