Responsibilities of the Branch Assistant Manager at Otokoç Otomotiv:

  • Determine the annual retail sales and after-sales services profitability targets in line with company policies and targets, to establish and ensure implementation of the annual business plan.
  • Guide the determination of monthly targets, customer visit programs, and activities of sales and after-sales services, and follow business results.
  • Ensure that sales personnel work in coordination with service departments and make timely and complete payment purchases of sold vehicles. Maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure necessary coordination between sales and after-sales services departments and the distributor company.
  • Ensure continuity of customer satisfaction and plan activities to gain new customers/sources.
  • Prepare and analyze necessary reports on sales and after-sales services to closely follow all processes.
  • Provide necessary coordination and control with finance and accounting departments regarding customer invoice and payment processes.
  • Develop relationships with local public and private institutions, and represent the company in the region. Plan and implement local sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure coordination and motivation within the branch, health and safety of working environments, and functionality of the facility. Ensure showroom and office layouts meet expected standards and compliance with contracts for outsourced services.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years managerial experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle sales techniques and functions.
  • Strong communication, representation, and persuasion skills.
  • Able to think analytically and build systems.
  • Knowledge of business and finance.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
