We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Finance & Risk Management to join our team at Accounting & Finance Tribe.

  • Preparing free cash flow projections and defining fund deficiency and surplus for commercial operations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing credit risk position regularly to keep up the legal liquidity requirements in terms of liquidity risk precautions.
  • Preparing periodic foreign currency position tables and keeping up the foreign currency exposure under control.
  • Defining the derivative contract needs for hedging purposes against foreign currency exposure and running the hedging purpose forward/swap contracts with financial institutions.
  • Providing financial fund management alternatives and running the fund management relations with financial institutions.
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of banking payment systems.
  • Executing supplier payments and following up the disbursement of other liabilities.
  • Delivering either regular financial reporting packages or Ad-Hoc treasury reports on time that board management requests.
  • Analyzing overdue receivables regularly as well as reporting the overdue interest on customer basis.
  • Supervising domestic and international collection processes and, if needed, initiating the required precautions and procedures.
  • Managing the customer credibility and warranty is maintained effectively.
  • Ensuring the receivable risk management for domestic and international Exim/Coface insurance premium is realized with submission of monthly shipments' report.
  • Supervising real estate insurance policies and tangible/intangible asset insurance policies to define right insurance premiums.
  • Overviewing the economic developments and highlights closely as well as, if needed, defining new financing and funding policies for a better early warning procedure based on new financial trends.

The position is located in Çamlıca İş Merkezi. Hybrid working model is available.

How we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, and relevant areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance (Production sector experience is a plus).
  • Having SAP knowledge.
  • Having a good command of treasury transactions and warranty payment systems in the banking sector.
  • Being familiar with highlights on capital markets as well as being able to create alternative precautions for value at risk with several scenario analyses.
  • Having strong perspective on corporate finance management and cash flow management.
  • Being enthusiastic to go over the economic and financial risk indicators very regularly.
  • Having outstanding financial data analysis and high reporting skills.
  • Having a good command of financial statements' analysis and high financial literacy.
  • Having strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills based on conservativeness principle.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies.
  • Outside the box thinking ability.
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives.
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
  • Knowing what empathy really means.
