Senior Business Development Analyst - Corporate Finance/M&A

We are seeking finance professionals for our Business Development / M&A Department, to be located in Istanbul.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferably in business administration / finance / economics / engineering / mathematics from a top academic institution.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, finance, corporate finance or related area is preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, consultancy, financial/transaction advisory, strategic planning, business development, research or valuation disciplines.
  • CFA or other finance related professional accreditation is a plus.
  • CMB Level 3 (SPK Düzey 3) license is a must.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
  • Financial modelling including DCF, multiple/comparable and other forms of enterprise value analysis.
  • Preparing and managing Data Room.
  • Developing presentations, analysis and other types of executive deliverables.
  • Analyzing financial and operational data.
  • Structuring financial models and conducting valuation/sensitivity analysis.
  • Preparing presentations and similar executive deliverables (Teaser, IM etc.).
  • Participating in due-diligence & contract negotiations.
  • Coordinating junior team members in daily operations.
  • Assisting senior team members in all aspects of deal execution process management.
