İŞ TANIMI

  • Şirketin sahip olduğu uygulama ve altyapıları dikkate alarak, ihtiyaç duyulan süreçleri oluşturmak ve belgelemek.
  • SAP sisteminin süreç ve teknik işleyişine yönelik dokümantasyon ve koordinasyon çalışmalarını gerçekleştirmek.
  • Danışmanlar ile projelerin canlıya alınması sürecini yürütmek.
  • Modüllerle ilgili operasyonel değişiklik taleplerini ve önerileri değerlendirmek.
  • Şirket içinde müşteri ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek ve detaylı analiz yapmak.
  • Değerlendirme kriterlerini belirlemek ve projeler süresince tedarikçiyi yönlendirmek.
  • Modül uyarlama, destek ve eğitimlerini gerçekleştirmek.
  • İhtiyaç duyulan program ve raporların hazırlanmak ve bu doğrultuda danışmanlarla koordinasyonu gerçekleştirmek.
  • Meydana gelebilecek olan hata ve bulguları takip etmek ve gerektiğinde düzeltmesi konusunda aksiyon almak.
  • Kullanıcı-Danışman arasında köprü olmak, gerekli durumlarda kullanıcılara ilgili alanda eğitim vermek.
