• Lead the HSE Team, create work plans for occupational safety experts, and monitor routine tasks
• Advise management on all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) matters
• Investigate workplace accidents and near misses, share corrective actions across all facilities, and ensure follow-up
• Ensure all personnel receive required health and safety training
• Plan and implement safety and health programs, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Maintain and analyze the incident reporting and investigation system to assess occupational risks
• Organize senior management evaluation meetings and update HSE documentation
• Track safety committees' and working groups' recommendations and ensure implementation
• Maintain required safety records, registrations, and certifications
• Instruct subcontractors on health and safety procedures they must follow
• Monitor workplace safety, fire prevention, accident response, and environmental pollution control
• Identify and ensure the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while considering employee hygiene and work environment
• Conduct field inspections at Banvit/BRF facilities, including site visits in Bandırma, İzmir, and Elazıg
• Propose updates to HSE procedures, policies, and documentation
• Develop CAPEX project plans, prepare PDCA reports, and present them to senior management
• Share best practices and corrective actions across all regions and ensure follow-up

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• HSE Vocational Qualification (A-B Occupational Safety Certificate)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in food production
• Business proficiency in English
• NEBOSH certification is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• Ability to apply PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for problem-solving and conflict management
• Independent, resourceful, and able to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and team members efficiently
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and nationalities
