We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Logistics & Inventory) to lead and drive the strategy, development, and delivery of logistics and inventory management features at TurkNet. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Supply Chain, and Fiber Rollout, to ensure our NetStock and TurkNet Inventory Tools continue to evolve with the needs of the business. What You'll Do

  • Work closely with scrum teams to ensure features are developed and delivered correctly.
  • Provide vision and direction to development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create detailed requirements for new or improved product features.
  • Plan and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring an adequate amount of tasks for development.
  • Develop cases, assess value, and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to ensure focus on high-value features aligned with the product strategy.
  • Manage the product backlog, participate in iteration planning, and elaborate user stories.
  • Collaborate with the Product Lead to create and maintain a product strategy focused on business value and ROI.
  • Lead the planning of feature release schedules and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Actively identify and mitigate impediments that could impact successful team completion of tasks.
  • Stay up to date on Agile/Scrum best practices and trends in product management.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Fiber Rollout departments to integrate features and capabilities into our NetStock and TurkNet Inventory Tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics/Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
  • Extensive experience in product management, with proven experience in technical product management or as a Product Owner.
  • Strong background in new product design, UI/UX principles, and customer-centric focus through data analysis.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate market needs in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex issues and solutions into simple, actionable stories.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements.
  • Experience delivering initiatives from conception through completion in an iterative way.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience reviewing product demos against acceptance criteria.
  • Actively participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the product.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical product management.
  • Experience with logistics, inventory, and asset management systems.
