"We are looking for a Quality Leader to join our team in the Quality Assurance Department at EAE Elektrik, which is establishing a new Busbar and Tap-Off Box production facility in the Bursa Gemlik Free Zone."

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality departments within production, engineering, or supplier management,
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure and guide stakeholders,
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different audiences,
  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (preferred),
  • Management of customer complaints, preparation for and management of customer audits,
  • Management of supplier nonconformities and auditing suppliers,
  • Quality system perspective and integration of quality processes,
  • Knowledge of quality core tools and problem-solving techniques,
  • Possession of a Class B driving license,
  • Advanced English proficiency (A portion of the interview will be conducted in English, and active speaking skills are required for the position)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, establish, and implement the overall quality management system for a newly established facility,
  • Develop and enforce quality control methods that align with regulatory and company standards,
  • Define and integrate key quality processes, ensuring seamless implementation across production and operations,
  • Lead the development and deployment of quality policies, procedures, and best practices,
  • Monitor and oversee product and process development to ensure high-quality output from the start,
  • Establish quality assurance protocols to ensure product consistency and compliance,
  • Conduct root cause analysis in case of nonconformities and deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions,
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leading PFMEA studies and other risk mitigation processes,
  • Plan, develop, and execute internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations,
  • Track nonconformities, manage corrective actions, and ensure continuous alignment with quality standards,
  • Implement standard management processes, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed quality reports,
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to senior management,
  • Establish structured training programs for employees on quality procedures, standards, and improvement methodologies,
  • Lead MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) studies to ensure measurement accuracy and process stability,
  • Develop and distribute monthly quality bulletins, ensuring consistent communication of quality initiatives,
  • Assess and manage quality-related risks in the production and supply chain processes,
  • Lead change management initiatives related to quality, ensuring smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
