Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People & Culture point of contact for employees within assigned business units.
• Ensure People & Culture policies and processes are implemented effectively and aligned with daily business operations.
• Analyze business needs and collaborate with relevant People & Culture functions (Employee Experience, Organizational Development, People & Culture Operations, etc.) to deliver effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
• Coach managers on People & Culture processes and support them in achieving their business objectives.
• Ensure the effective execution of performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development, and budgeting processes.
• Actively participate in People & Culture projects and organizational development initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation and promotion of initiatives that strengthen the company's culture and values.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines).
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) role.
• Proven experience in aligning People & Culture strategies with business objectives through close partnership with business units.
• Solid knowledge of performance management, talent development, learning & development, and organizational development processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with experience in employee relations.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of labor law and related employment legislation.
