Job Description

  • Support the purchasing team in daily operations and reporting.

  • Create purchase orders and track the delivery of parts.

  • Enhance purchasing reports using Power BI.

  • Monitor the escalation list on a daily basis.

  • Coordinate with project and engineering teams.

  • Identify, negotiate, and contract with suppliers.

  • Check EDI workflows daily.

  • Manage supplier documentation via SRM.

  • Maintain and organize archive documentation.

  • Create and update info records.

  • Monitor stock levels and control inventory.

  • Assist with customs-related issues, such as missing documentation.

Qualifications

  • 3rd-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Available to work 3 days a week.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Power BI; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

  • Strong goal and result orientation.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
