Supervisor Airport Services

Responsibilities:To coordinate and control the quality and quantity of work of the airport handling company and supervisors of airport services;To organize and control timely check-in of passengers and baggage;To organize and control the provision of food and accommodation in hotels for passengers of delayed flights;To prepare and transfer timely reports to the Manager of Airport Services;To coordinate the departure of passengers of postponed/delayed flights on the following flight to their destination;To control the timeliness and correctness of information support for passengers in the airport terminal;To control the boarding process of passengers according to airline standards;To manage airport service supervisors;To control the correct implementation of all technological processes in accordance with GOM during the shift on duty.Requirements:Previous work experience in a customer service position;Higher education (preferably in Aviation);Fluent in Turkish and English; Kazakh and Russian are preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
